GEM Enviro defers FY26 Financial Results Approval

GEM Enviro Management Ltd has deferred the approval of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026, due to the statutory audit still being in process. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 16, 2026. The board also deferred the consideration and recommendation of the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. These agenda items will be addressed in a subsequent board meeting, the date of which will be announced separately.
