GEM Enviro Management Ltd Board Approves Registered Office Shift

GEM Enviro Management Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the shifting of the company's registered office from Delhi to Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s HKS & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors and M/s Rastogi Sunil & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the company will acquire a 75% stake in Novuscom Neo Private Limited, making it a subsidiary, and has approved alterations to its Memorandum of Association, subject to shareholder approval. The 13th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026.
