Generic Engineering Construction and Projects Ltd has announced that the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, could not be considered and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 13, 2026. This follows an earlier intimation on August 10, 2026. The company is arranging a new Board Meeting soon to approve these results, with the date to be communicated separately. The trading window for designated persons remains closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
