Generic Engineering gets RoC approval for AGM extension

Generic Engineering Construction and Projects Ltd has received approval from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Mumbai, for a two-month extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM, originally due by September 30, 2026, will now be held by November 30, 2026. The company cited reasons provided in its application for the extension. The exact date of the AGM will be communicated later by the Board of Directors.
