CCME Global Ltd (formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited) has issued a notice for its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-2026, reappoint Mr. Padmanaban Krishnamoorthy as a Non-Executive Director, and ratify the appointment of M/s Desai Saksena & Associates as Statutory Auditors for the period up to the AGM and for the next five years.
