Genesys International Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Genesys International Corporation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, both on a standalone and consolidated basis. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Nikhil Alulkar as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective August 14, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Aniruddha Roy was re-designated as Chief Innovation Officer, and Mr. Dhiman Ray was appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), both effective from the same date. The limited review report from the statutory auditors was also approved.
