The company stated that it has not yet received formal communication from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) confirming the award of a ₹240 crore contract for a 3D GIS survey/mapping project. While acknowledging a news article reporting the contract award, Genesys clarified that the article was not issued by them and they have made no public announcement regarding this contract. The company affirmed its compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and stated that there are no undisclosed material events. They will make a disclosure if and when a formal award is received.
