Genpharmasec Partners Amneal Healthcare for ₹75 Cr Annual Sales Commitment

Genpharmasec Limited has entered into a non-exclusive Super Stockist agreement with Amneal Healthcare Private Limited (AHPL). Under this agreement, Genpharmasec will distribute AHPL's products to wholesale and retail pharmacists within a specified territory. AHPL has committed to a minimum annual sales target of approximately INR 75 Crores for Genpharmasec each calendar year during the term of the agreement. This partnership aims to expand Genpharmasec's market presence and distribution capabilities, offering a wider range of healthcare products to customers. Genpharmasec, established in 1992, shifted its focus to pharmaceutical distribution in 2018 and currently distributes diagnostic equipment.
