Genus Power Appoints Vinod Raheja as CFO

Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has appointed Mr. Vinod Raheja as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective May 18, 2026. This appointment is part of a leadership transition where Mr. Nathu Lal Nama, previously overseeing finance and accounts as Whole-time Director, will transition out of the CFO role but continue as Whole-time Director. The board also approved the appointment of K. G. Goyal & Associates as cost auditors for the financial year 2026-27 and reviewed the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
