OnMobile Global Re-appoints Radhika Venugopal as Whole-time Director & CFO

OnMobile Global Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Radhika Venugopal as Whole-time Director and CFO. Her new term will be effective from March 27, 2027, to March 26, 2030, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Venugopal, a Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of finance experience, has been with OnMobile for over a decade, contributing significantly to its growth. The board meeting was held on June 24, 2026.
