Rallis India Independent Director Resigns

Rallis India Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Mahesh Girdhar as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 24, 2026. The resignation is due to his current and future professional commitments. Consequently, he has also stepped down from his roles in the Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee. The company expressed appreciation for his contributions.
