Westpac Investments Acquires 2.4 Lakh Shares in Getalong Enterprise

Getalong Enterprise Ltd announced that M/s. Westpac Investments Limited, a promoter, acquired 2,40,000 equity shares of the company on July 7, 2026. The acquisition was made through the open market at an average price of ₹7.56 per share. Prior to this acquisition, Westpac Investments held 88,75,000 shares, representing 41.94% of the total share capital. Post-acquisition, their holding increased to 91,15,000 shares, constituting 43.07% of the total diluted share capital. The total equity share capital of Getalong Enterprise Ltd remains INR 2,11,60,000, divided into 2,11,60,000 equity shares of INR 1 each.
