Westpac Investments Acquires 3.2 Lakh Shares of Getalong Enterprise

Getalong Enterprise Ltd announced that M/s. Westpac Investments Limited, a promoter, acquired 3,20,000 equity shares of the company on June 22, 2026, at a price of ₹8.10 per share. This acquisition, made through the open market, increased Westpac Investments Limited's total holding (along with PACs) to 87,75,000 shares, representing 41.47% of the total diluted share capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and Regulation 7(2) of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
