GFL Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window as per SEBI Regulations

GFL Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (‘PIT Regulations’). The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026, are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. This information has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
