GFL Ltd: Board Approves Change in Designation, Appointment, Merger, and Reconstitution of Committees

GFL Ltd held a board meeting on 12th February, 2026, where they approved various significant changes. The board approved the change in designation of Mr. Pavan Kumar Jain from Non-Executive Director to Chairman and Managing Director. They also appointed Mrs. Ishita Jain as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Furthermore, the board approved the merger of Inox Infrastructure Limited with GFL Ltd and reconstitution of various committees of the board of directors.
