GHCL Declared Preferred Bidder for Gujarat Limestone Mining Lease

GHCL Limited has been declared the "Preferred Bidder" for a Composite License for the Kadaya Block limestone mines in Gujarat. The e-auction was conducted by the Commissioner of Geology and Mining, Government of Gujarat. The company received the Letter of Intent on September 22, 2026. The grant of the license is subject to the submission of Performance Security within 45 days. The Kadaya Block covers 6.8797 hectares and has an estimated reserve of 5,67,337 metric tonnes of limestone.
