Teamo Productions HQ Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till forty-eight hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The decision is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
