Gillanders Arbuthnot Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 7th, 2026. The Board, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and three months ended June 30th, 2026. The Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s. JKVS & Co. was also approved.
