GKB Ophthalmics Approves Audited FY26 Results; No Dividend

GKB Ophthalmics Ltd's Board of Directors approved and took on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board decided not to declare a dividend for the year 2025-26. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 25, 2026. RRK & Co, Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Mr. Cedric Lobo was re-appointed as Executive Director and Mr. K.G. Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval.
