The company is challenging a recovery order of Rs. 8.82 crores passed by the Labour Commissioner, Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Panaji, Goa. The voluntary liquidation of the company's subsidiary, GSV Ophthalmics Private Limited, has resulted in a recovery of Rs. 11.70 crores, out of which Rs. 7.95 crores has been received till December 31, 2025, and the balance was realized subsequently. An amount of Rs. 69.72 lakhs has been received as a residual share of equity in the form of deemed dividend.
