Glass Wall Systems Reconstitutes Board Committees Post Director Resignation

Glass Wall Systems (India) Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. This change follows the resignation of Mr. Prakash Bagla from the office of Director, effective September 18, 2026. The Board of Directors approved this reconstitution via a Circular Resolution passed on September 26, 2026. New members and positions within these committees have been appointed.
