GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed shareholders about the dispatch of its Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Letters with a weblink to access the report have been sent to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered. The company also reiterated the mandatory requirement for shareholders to update their PAN, KYC, and nomination details with their Depository Participant or RTA to ensure uninterrupted electronic payments, including dividends. A dedicated Senior Citizens Investor Cell has been established by the RTA, Kfintech Technologies Limited, to assist senior shareholders.
