Glittek Granites Appoints New Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Glittek Granites Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, approved the appointment of KJB & Co. LLP as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 36th AGM until the 41st AGM. This appointment follows the resignation of Ms. Kriti Daga. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed R. R. Tibrewala & CO. as the new Statutory Auditor for a similar five-year term, replacing GRV & PK. Additionally, the company is changing its Registrar and Transfer Agent from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited and plans to establish a new corporate office in Ahmedabad.
