Glittek Granites Appoints R. R. Tibrewala & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Glittek Granites Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of R. R. Tibrewala & Co. as the new Statutory Auditor for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting until the 41st AGM. This appointment follows the expiry of the term of the current auditors, M/s GRV & PK. The Board also noted the resignation of Ms. Kriti Daga as Secretarial Auditor and approved the appointment of KJB & Co. LLP as her replacement for a similar five-year term. Additionally, the company is changing its Registrar and Transfer Agent from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited and plans to establish a new corporate office in Ahmedabad.
