Glittek Granites Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Glittek Granites Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of M/s. R. R. Tibrewala & CO. as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, succeeding M/s GRV & PK. The company noted the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, Ms. Kriti Daga, and approved the appointment of KJB & Co. LLP as the new Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, Glittek Granites will change its Registrar and Transfer Agent from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited and plans to establish a new corporate office in Ahmedabad as part of its business expansion.
