Global Health Appoints Pradeep Kumar Singh as Chief Digital Officer

Global Health Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh as Chief Digital Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective July 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the notice for the 22nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 16, 2026. A record date of August 14, 2026, was fixed for a proposed final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company approved a revised construction plan for its Guwahati hospital, increasing bed capacity from 400 to 650.
