Global Health Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Dividend, and Guwahati Hospital Expansion

Global Health Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the notice for the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 16, 2026, and fixed August 14, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh as Chief Digital Officer and approved a revised construction plan for its Guwahati hospital, increasing bed capacity from 400 to 650. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results declaration.
