Global Health Limited (Medanta) has acquired a 10,560 sq. meter land parcel in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, for approximately ₹165.82 crore. This strategic acquisition is intended for the development of a new 350+ bedded hospital, subject to necessary approvals. The proposed facility aims to strengthen Medanta's presence in the Delhi-NCR healthcare ecosystem and cater to the growing demand for advanced medical services in Ghaziabad and surrounding areas. The company views Ghaziabad as a compelling long-term healthcare opportunity due to its expanding population, urbanization, and connectivity.
