Global Infratech & Finance Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Audited Financial Results FY 2025-26

Global Infratech & Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for specified persons for the approval of Audited Financial Results for the financial year 2025-26. The closure will commence from January 1, 2026, and will end after 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and the entire financial year ending on 31st March 2026. All specified persons, including employees, directors, promoters, statutory auditors, and all connected persons as specified and covered under the Code of Conduct, have been advised not to deal in the securities of the company from April 1, 2026, until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
