Global Ocean Logistics to Incorporate HK Subsidiary, Invest HK$1M

Global Ocean Logistics India Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, to be named 'UNIVERSAL LOGISTICS HK LTD' or similar. The company will invest up to HK$1,000,000 in this new entity. The subsidiary aims to expand the company's international presence, explore business opportunities in Hong Kong and surrounding regions, and engage in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management activities. The incorporation is expected to be completed within 3 to 4 weeks, subject to regulatory approvals.
