Jupiter Wagons Incorporates Subsidiary Jupiter Green Power Solutions

Jupiter Wagons Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jupiter Green Power Solutions Private Limited (JGPSPL). The new entity, incorporated on November 3, 2026, will operate in the Energy and Power Sector. JGPSPL has an authorized share capital of ₹15,00,000 and a paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000, with Jupiter Wagons holding 99% of the shares. Operations have yet to commence, thus turnover is not applicable at this stage. The incorporation is a strategic move to expand into the energy and power domain.
