Garware Offshore Issues Demand Notice for ₹3.04 Cr to Afcons Infra

Garware Offshore Services Limited has issued a demand notice to Afcons Infrastructure Limited for an outstanding charter hire, catering expenses, and demobilization fees amounting to ₹3,04,59,761.44, plus interest. The dispute arises from a charterparty agreement dated April 24, 2026, for a vessel for 75 days starting May 18, 2026. Afcons Infrastructure Limited has allegedly defaulted on payments for July 2026 and other charges. The total outstanding amount, including interest up to September 28, 2026, is ₹3,16,20,074.44. The notice has been issued under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
