Globe Civil re-appoints Jain Sharma as Cost Auditor for FY27

Globe Civil Projects Ltd has re-appointed M/s Jain Sharma & Associates as the Cost Auditor and M/s Rajnish & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2026, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
