GQG Partners Sells GMR Airports Shares Worth ₹10,558 Cr

GQG Partners LLC, acting as investment manager, has disclosed the sale of equity shares in GMR Airports Limited. The transactions, conducted via multiple on-market trades between February 4, 2026, and June 3, 2026, resulted in an aggregate change in shareholding exceeding 2%. Prior to the sale, GQG Partners and its associated entities held approximately 7.42% of GMR Airports' total share capital. Following the disposal, their holding has reduced to approximately 5.57%. The total value of the shares sold amounts to INR 10,558,975,952.
