GMR Power And Urban Infra Schedules Board Meeting to Consider Funds Raising of up to Rs. 1200 crore

GMR Power And Urban Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/12/2025. The meeting will consider, evaluate and approve the proposal of raising funds up to Rs. 1200 crore by way of issuance of equity shares/warrants to the eligible investors through preferential issue or any other method as may be decided by the Board. This is subject to regulatory/statutory approvals including the approval of shareholders of the Company.
