Go Digit: Q4 FY26 Results Approved, New SMP & Tax Auditor

Go Digit General Insurance Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. Kirtane & Pandit LLP as the Tax Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, Mr. Ajaysinh Bharatsinh Jadeja was appointed as the Chief Legal Claims and Investigation Officer, designated as a Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) and Key Management Person (KMP) effective April 28, 2026.
