Goa Carbon Appoints Nauty Dogra as Head of Paradeep Plant

Goa Carbon Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Nauty Dogra as Head of its Paradeep Plant, designating him as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). This appointment is effective from July 21, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. Mr. Dogra brings a strong educational background with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management. He also holds certifications as a Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001 and a diploma in Industrial Safety & Fire Management. His prior experience includes roles at BMWIL Industries and Bhushan Power & Steel Limited.
