Promoter Kamala Jaju Acquires 3 Lakh Convertible Warrants in Godavari Drugs Ltd

Kamala Jaju, a promoter of Godavari Drugs Limited, has acquired 3,00,000 (Three Lakhs Only) Convertible Warrants by way of preferential issue on 18th March 2026. This acquisition is in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The warrants are divided into 75,30,500 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, 1,01,27,435 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, and 1,24,87,500 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. This acquisition increases Kamala Jaju's total share/voting capital to 12.08% and diluted share/voting capital to 12.08%.
