Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd to hold 27th AGM on Sep 19, 2026

Godawari Power and Ispat Limited has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 19, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business including the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26, and the appointment of directors retiring by rotation. A final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share for FY25-26 is also proposed. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Agrawal and Mr. Siddharth Agrawal as Whole-time Directors for five years. Remote e-voting will be available from September 16 to September 18, 2026. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 12, 2026.
