Godawari Power and Ispat Limited (GPIL) has executed a facility agreement to grant an Inter Corporate Loan of ₹40 Crore to Deccan Gold Mines Limited (DGML). The funds will be utilized by DGML primarily for the development of the Altyn Tor Gold Project in the Kyrgyz Republic, undertaken by its subsidiary Avelum Partner LLC, along with other project development, working capital, and general administrative purposes. The loan has a tenure of 12 months with an interest rate of 12% per annum. GPIL holds 4,75,537 equity shares in DGML and also has a 26% stake in Avellum Partner LLC. The loan is secured by a pledge of 5,00,000 equity shares of Geomysore Services (India) Private Limited held by DGML.

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) has further invested ₹100 Crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Godawari New Energy Private Limited (GNEPL). This investment, made on a rights basis, increases GPIL's total stake in GNEPL to ₹450 Crores, representing 100% of the paid-up capital. The funds will be utilized by GNEPL for capital expenditure and working capital requirements to set up a 20 Gwh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Plant in its first phase. GNEPL was incorporated in June 2025 and is in the process of establishing the BESS project, with registered office in Raipur and operations planned in Maharashtra.

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has announced an Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 27, 2026, via video conferencing. The meeting includes resolutions for approving loans, guarantees, or securities under Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013, and revising the remuneration of Mr. Dinesh Agrawal. Remote e-voting will be available from June 24 to June 26, 2026, for shareholders holding shares as of the cut-off date, June 20, 2026.

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) has completed the disposal of its stake in Ardent Steel Private Limited (ASPL). The company transferred 730,400 equity shares of ASPL, representing 9.22% equity, for ₹22.18 Crores on May 21, 2026. With this final tranche, GPIL's stake in ASPL has been reduced from 9.22% to 0.00%. This action is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and earlier announcements regarding the disposal of its 37.85% stake in ASPL for ₹90.87 Crores.

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd confirms no deviation in the use of proceeds from preferential issues of Fully Convertible Warrants, as stated in the explanatory statement of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 15.10.2025. The audit committee reviewed the statement of nil deviation for the quarter ended 31.03.2026. The company raised ₹150.22 Cr through preferential issues, with ₹150.17 Cr utilized for investment in the BESS project. Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has commenced operations at its 25 MWp Captive Solar Power Plant located in Chawardhal Dist. Rajnandgaon Chhattisgarh on May 19, 2026. The power generated will be used for mining activities at Ari Dongri Iron Ore Mines and Boria Tibu Iron Ore mines, replacing high-cost power purchased from the state Discom. This initiative supports the company's green initiatives and aims to reduce its carbon footprint.
