Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board of Directors' meeting scheduled for November 13, 2026. The meeting will consider the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
