Godfrey Phillips Signs Contract Manufacturing Agreement

Godfrey Phillips India Ltd has entered into a Contract Manufacturing Agreement with Polisetty Somasundaram Tobacco Products (India) Pvt. Ltd. for the manufacturing and delivery of cigarettes and other tobacco products. Polisetty will exclusively manufacture these products for Godfrey Phillips at its facility, using materials provided by the company, in accordance with Godfrey Phillips' specifications. The agreement is for an initial term of nine years and includes customary terms, warranties, and indemnities. The agreement will enable the company to augment production and ensure uninterrupted availability of the Products. Polisetty's revenue from operations and profit after tax for the year ended March 31, 2025, stood at ₹186 lakhs and ₹164 lakhs respectively.
