
Godrej Industries Allots ₹1000 Cr Unsecured NCDs
Godrej Industries Limited has announced the allotment of 1,00,000 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The allotment comprises two series: Series 1 Debentures (50,000 units) and Series 2 Debentures (50,000 units), each with a face value of ₹1,00,000. The total aggregate value of the issuance is ₹1,000 Crore (₹500 Crore for each series). The Series 1 Debentures have a tenor of 63 months maturing on September 24, 2031, while Series 2 Debentures have a tenor of 66 months maturing on December 24, 2031. Both series carry a coupon rate of 8.23% per annum, payable annually. The NCDs are unsecured and will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The allotment was approved by the Management Committee of the Board of Directors on June 24, 2026.
