GPL Partners BMC and RC Group for Bandra Bay Promenade

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), in partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and RC Group, has announced the first phase of The Bayside Promenade at Bandra Bay. This initiative aims to transform the waterfront into a premier destination with landscaped greenery, a signature promenade, garden, and lifestyle hub. The first phase includes a bayside walking track, a garden with lawns, and a lifestyle hub with a pet park, literature zone, and amphitheatre. Future phases will introduce a mini golf course and a sports zone. This collaboration signifies a public-private partnership to enhance urban infrastructure and public spaces, enriching the Bandra neighbourhood.
