Goel Construction Company Ltd Appoints New Independent Director and Secretarial Auditor for F.Y. 2025-26

Goel Construction Company Ltd has appointed Mr. Sushil Kumar Wali as an Additional Director, Non-Executive and Independent, for a period of three years commencing from 18th March, 2026 to 17th March, 2029. The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing general meeting of the Company. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Chaman Lal from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 18th March, 2026. Furthermore, the Board approved the appointment of M/s Gaurav G & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the period 2025-26.
