Subros Ltd: Nominee Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Subros Ltd announced a change in its Nominee Director. Mr. Tomoaki Yoshimori resigned from his position as Nominee Director, effective August 7, 2026, following a change in nomination by M/s DENSO Corporation, Japan. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation and subject to shareholder approval, approved the appointment of Mr. Akihiro Deguchi as the new Nominee Director representing M/s DENSO Corporation, Japan, also effective August 7, 2026. Mr. Deguchi brings extensive experience in heat exchangers for air-conditioning systems, having held various leadership roles at DENSO Corporation and its subsidiaries globally, including his recent role as Deputy Managing Director at DENSO Kirloskar Industries Private Limited, India.
