Gogia Capital: Aanal Mehta resigns as committee chair, remains member

Gogia Capital Growth Ltd announced that Mrs. Aanal Mehta, an Independent Director, has resigned from her position as Chairman of both the Audit Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, effective April 18, 2026. She will, however, continue to serve as a Member of these committees. The company has reconstituted the committees, with Mr. Brijesh Saxena taking over as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Rajat Raja Kothari will chair the NRC. The company clarified a previous communication regarding the effective date and confirmed that these changes do not affect the overall composition of the Board.
