Gokul Agro Appoints Manharbhai Jadav as Independent Director

Gokul Agro Resources Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manharbhai Kurjibhai Jadav as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of 5 years, effective June 8, 2026. The Board also approved the reconstitution of various committees, including the Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, with Mr. Jadav being appointed as a member to several of these. Additionally, the company is proceeding with a postal ballot for the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Chhaganbhai Tarpara and Ms. Pritha Dev as Independent Directors, effective May 15, 2026, and Mr. Jadav's appointment as Independent Director, effective June 8, 2026. The appointment of NSDL as the e-voting service provider was also approved.
