Golden Crest Education & Services Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 3, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. A limited review report by the statutory auditors will also be presented. The company has also informed that the trading window for designated persons and their relatives, which was closed from July 1, 2026, will remain closed until August 5, 2026, in connection with the announcement of these results.
