Golkunda Diamonds Board Re-appoints 3 Directors

Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of three key directors, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shashi Ashok Bekal is re-appointed as a Non-Executive & Independent Director for a five-year term from June 21, 2026, to June 20, 2031. Mr. Kantikumar Dadha is re-appointed as Chairman and Whole-time Director for a further three years, effective October 1, 2026. Similarly, Mr. Arvind Dadha is re-appointed as Managing Director for an additional three years, also effective October 1, 2026. The company confirmed that none of the re-appointed directors are debarred from holding office by SEBI or any other authority.
